Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dharohar Tourism Hub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, tour packages, cab bookings, and all travel-related services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms in full.


1. Booking Confirmation
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a minimum advance payment.
  • A detailed itinerary and travel vouchers will be shared upon full payment.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
  • An advance of 25%–50% of the total package or cab cost is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trip or as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, online payment links, or cash.
  • Prices are subject to revision due to unforeseen fluctuations in taxes, fuel, or supplier costs.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked and the time before cancellation:
    • 30+ days before travel: 25% of total cost
    • 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total cost
    • 0–14 days before travel: 100% of total cost (non-refundable)
  • No-shows and early checkouts are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Non-refundable items include flight/train tickets, visa fees, and confirmed hotel reservations.
4. Cab & Transportation Services
This section applies to cab bookings (local sightseeing, outstation, airport transfers, and intercity travel).
a. Cab Booking Terms
  • Cab bookings must be made in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or website.
  • Confirmation will be shared with driver details and cab type before travel.
  • Rates are based on selected cab category (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveler, etc.), distance, and duration.
b. Inclusions/Exclusions
  • Tariff includes fuel, driver charges, and parking (if specified).
  • Toll, parking, and interstate taxes may be extra if not included.
  • AC will be switched off in hilly areas as per vehicle safety norms.
c. Driver Behavior & Waiting Time
  • Our drivers are verified, trained, and expected to maintain courteous behavior.
  • A maximum free waiting time of 30 minutes is allowed. After that, extra charges may apply.
  • Misbehavior by the driver or client must be reported immediately for resolution.
d. Vehicle Condition
  • All vehicles provided are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible.
  • Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
e. Cab Cancellation Policy
  • Up to 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% charge
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation: 100% charge
  • In case of delays beyond 60 minutes without client notification, the driver may leave and the ride will be considered canceled.
5. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Any change in travel date, itinerary, or hotel must be communicated in writing and may attract additional charges.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and partner/vendor policies.
6. Visa & Documentation
  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof).
  • Dharohar Tourism Hub offers visa support for international packages but does not guarantee approval.
7. Health, Safety & Insurance
  • Travelers are advised to consult a physician before adventure or high-altitude tours.
  • Personal insurance covering health, cancellation, and loss is recommended.
  • We are not liable for accidents, illnesses, or loss of belongings during the trip.
8. Our Responsibility
  • We act as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, airlines, cab vendors).
  • We are not liable for any delay, cancellation, or loss caused by third-party service providers, strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure.
  • However, we always strive to resolve issues proactively on behalf of our clients.
9. Client Responsibility
  • Clients must provide accurate personal and contact details.
  • Any damage to hotel property, vehicle, or public property by the client will be their responsibility.
  • Misconduct or non-cooperation may lead to termination of services without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and itineraries, is the property of Dharohar Tourism Hub and protected under copyright law.
11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
  • In case of a dispute, we encourage amicable resolutions through mutual communication before legal proceedings.
