Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

At Dharohar Tourism Hub, we prioritize your comfort and satisfaction. We understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. The following Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our terms and conditions for canceling or modifying bookings across domestic and international travel services.

1. General Cancellation Guidelines
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or to your assigned travel executive.
  • Cancellation is considered valid only after written confirmation is received from Dharohar Tourism Hub.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed as per the timelines and mode of payment used at the time of booking.
2. Tour Package Cancellation Policy
a. Domestic Tour Packages

  • These timelines reflect minimum cancellation charges. Vendor-specific charges (airlines, hotels, visa agents, etc.) may apply in addition.
  • In case of partial service cancellation (e.g., hotel or activity only), refunds are subject to individual supplier policies.
3. Cab Booking Cancellation Policy

  • If the client delays pickup by more than 60 minutes without prior notice, the cab will be released and the booking will be marked as canceled without refund.
4. Airline, Train, and Transport Ticket Refunds
  • Tickets booked through Dharohar Tourism Hub (flight, train, ferry, bus) are subject to respective carrier cancellation policies.
  • Airline cancellation/refund rules may vary by fare class, sector, and international/domestic route.
  • Refunds will be processed after deducting airline/train operator penalties and service fees.
  • In some cases, promo fare or low-cost carrier tickets may be completely non-refundable.
Note: Refunds for rescheduled or canceled flights/trains by the carrier will follow the carrier’s official guidelines and timeframes.
5. Visa, Documentation & Permits
  • Visa fees, embassy charges, documentation assistance, and processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • Rejection or delay in visa approval will not qualify for a package refund. Clients are advised to apply well in advance.
6. Non-Refundable Components
The following services are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
  • Confirmed flight/train/bus tickets
  • Visa processing fees
  • Travel insurance
  • Non-refundable hotel or activity bookings
  • Entry tickets, national park permits, or event passes
  • Peak season or festival-period bookings
7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events
No refunds or compensation shall be granted for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
  • Pandemic outbreaks or health emergencies
  • Government-imposed travel bans, political unrest, or curfews
  • Transport strikes, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers
However, Dharohar Tourism Hub may, at its discretion, offer credit vouchers or rescheduling options where possible, based on vendor cooperation.
8. Refund Timelines & Mode
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as agreed in writing.
  • Any bank charges, processing fees, or currency conversion losses will be borne by the client.
9. Amendments & Rescheduling
  • Clients may request rescheduling or modifications instead of cancellation, subject to vendor availability and revised costs.
  • Such changes must be requested at least 7 days before the trip (domestic) or 15 days before the trip (international).
  • Dharohar Tourism Hub reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests.
